Hi friends, this is an attempt to involve the ordianry in the philanthropic process with simple means and encourage them to contribute by saving just One Rupee A Day and using the same for Underprivileged. Thats what UPSANGEL stands for- Under-Privileged Society Angels..
As a layman and not a professional Blogger nor an IT Savvy guy, I attempt to put my thoughts across on this open forum- open to any person who is willing to make a moment better for the Underprivileged. Any person who can besides A Rupee, who is willing to give time or any other resource can join us.
As of today, we are about 20 odd individuals, working since May-2010 and haven't done anything significant but we have begun and done 2 activities so far. Both ones being a visit to Orphanage. Next, which is a thought conceivd, is an attempt to solve one major issue of a village of 140 absolute poor people. A village, totally cut off though located just few hrs from Mumbai..!
More about the Village and our past activities, I shall post for sure but seek indeed a good support, few hrs a month and if i could just make someone feel good for a day and make such Act a part of life for few ppl, I believe, this chain would go on spreading and the journey of good work in a small way has just begun...
Long way to go.. Dont wan't to talk as so much to sow.. What will come out is a helpful Tree.. that may become the happiest part of yours and My Memory...
